In the beginning of 2007, thе lawyers Eleonora Tzvetkova and Tzvetmoir Todorov joined their practices to form the Law Firm Todorov and Partners. Each of the founding partners had already achieved considerable professional prominence by the time the law firm was formed. Although the founding partners had very different backgrounds, skills and interests, they have one common vision: a vision for excellence and highest professional standards.

Eleonora Tzvetkova graduated in 1996 from the Sofia University Law School and joined the Law Firm of Komitov and Tzekov, in which she had already spent two years as intern. There she developed a remarkable career as litigator. In addition, she spent considerable time teaching law. Mr. Tzvetomir Todorov chose a rather different path and focused on intensive education. He graduated from the Sofia University Law School in December 1998 and went in The Hague, at TMC Asser Institute to get a post-graduate education in international business law and EU law. Later on, Mr. Todorov added to his remarkable academic achievements – a LL.M. degree from the prestigious NYU School of Law. Since 2001 Tzvetomir Todorov has returned to Bulgaria and started working for Bulgarian American Enterprise Fund Group of companies, including Bulgarian American Credit Bank. The original practices of the founders have expanded dramatically in recent years. Mr. Todorov has developed a premier reputation for his real state, development and construction related legal work, while Ms. Tzvetkova was widely recognized as a leading young litigator in Sofia.
